Investor Search

On November 15, 2024, the Debtors filed their schedules and statements of financial affairs, including the list of equity security holders for each debtor. The purpose of this search function is to allow investors to search the list of equity security holders by their name to see where they appear as an investor in the Debtors’ books and records. The search results will show an investors’ percentage ownership interest by debtor, as reflected in the Debtors’ books and records. Please note that the ownership interests listed below may be amended as the case continues.

More information on when and how to file an investor claim is forthcoming. For the avoidance of doubt, if your name does not appear in the Debtors’ books and records (or you disagree with a recorded percentage interest), there will be an opportunity to file an investor claim and assert an ownership interest in each applicable debtor; however, the investor claim process has not been established yet and there is nothing for any investor to do at this time (but the Committee does encourage you to begin gathering all relevant documents to support your assertion of an ownership interest).

If you are unable to find your name in the Debtors’ books and records (i.e., 0 search results), you will have an opportunity to submit your contact information to the Debtors and make sure that you are provided an opportunity to file an investor claim at the appropriate time.

Important: If your name does not appear in your search results, you can view the Debtors’ global notes regarding off book (or unrecorded) ownership interests and/or submit an inquiry for more information or to add yourself to the creditor matrix, by clicking here.
