United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Alabama (http://www.alnb.uscourts.gov)
Attention:
On October 13, 2017, the following documents were filed by the Chapter 7 Trustee concerning the motion for approval of the proposed settlement to be heard on November 13, 2017:

Notice to Creditors

Chapter 7 Trustee's Motion for Approval of Proposed Settlement

General Information:

On July 15, 2015, each of the 23 Debtors filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The 23 cases (collectively, the "Bankruptcy Cases") are jointly administered under Case No. 15-02741 before the Honorable Judge Tamara O. Mitchell in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama. On February 21, 2017, under the Conversion Order, the Chapter 11 Cases were converted to cases under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code.

Pursuant to the Bankruptcy Code (specifically including, but not limited to, 11 U.S.C. § 362), a debtor is afforded certain protection against its creditors; the Bankruptcy Code prohibits creditors from taking certain actions related to debts that may have been owed prior to the commencement of the Bankruptcy Cases. If you believe that you might be a creditor of the Debtor(s) based upon debts arising prior to July 15, 2015 and you are considering taking action based upon your status as a creditor, you may wish to seek legal advice. The staff of the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court and the staff of Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC are not permitted to give legal advice.

The Court has approved the use of CourtCall to participate in all hearings. For additional information, please click here.
