Disclosure Statement Approved: On November 12, 2010, the Bankruptcy Court entered the Solicitation Procedures Order approving, among other things, the Disclosure Statement for the Joint Plan of Liquidation of CD Liquidation Co., LLC and Its Affiliated Debtors Under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.
On September 1, 2009, each of the Debtors filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code") in the District of Delaware. The three cases were assigned case numbers listed below (collectively, the "Bankruptcy Cases") and are jointly administered under Case No. 09-13038. The Bankruptcy Cases are pending before the Honorable Kevin Gross in the United States Bankruptcy Court for District of Delaware.
