General Information:

On May 21, 2024, Zachry Holdings, Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Debtors”) filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the “Bankruptcy Code”). The cases (collectively, the “Bankruptcy Cases”) are jointly administered under Case No. 24-90377 before the Honorable Judge Marvin Isgur in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas (the “Bankruptcy Court”).

On June 4, 2024, the U.S. Trustee for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas appointed the Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Committee”) in the Bankruptcy Cases.

The Committee’s statement in support of the Debtors’ Settlement with Golden Pass, CB&I, and Chiyoda can be viewed here. If you are a subcontractor or vendor of the Debtors who has provided goods or services with respect to the GPX Project, the Committee encourages you to file a proof of claim and to contact Golden Pass and/or the Debtors to determine whether your claim has been scheduled for payment under the GPX Settlement.
