On March 16, 2025, Air Pros Solutions, LLC and certain of its subsidiaries commenced voluntary Chapter 11 proceedings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia. The cases are jointly administered under Case No. 25-10356. The cases are being administered by the Honorable Paul Baisier.
Air Pros is utilizing the chapter 11 process to facilitate the expeditious sales of each of its business units via six separate transactions. Air Pros strongly believes that operating under new ownership will ensure that each of its businesses is best positioned for long-term growth and success.
During the chapter 11 process, Air Pros and its business units will continue to serve its customers, work with its partners, and support its employees on an uninterrupted basis. Air Pros has secured a commitment for $20 million of new financing from its current lender. Upon Court approval, this financing and cash generated from the company’s ongoing operations are expected to provide more than sufficient liquidity to support the company while it works to complete the sales transactions.
Air Pros has also filed a number of customary motions with the Court seeking authorization to support its operations during the court-supervised process, including authority to pay wages, provide health and other employee benefits, and continue existing customer programs. Air Pros expects to receive Court approval for these requests in short order. Air Pros also expects to pay vendors in full under normal terms for goods delivered and services provided after the filing date.
